Why won’t the receiver pair with my device via Bluetooth?

You cannot connect to the receiver with Bluetooth; instead, connect via Wi-Fi.

  1. Tap the Settings icon on your iPad home screen.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi on the left navigation bar.
  3. Ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled (the Wi-Fi switch should be green).
  4. Tap the Stratus wireless network name under the “Choose a network” heading. Newer receivers have the wireless network name on the back of the device. Once your device is connected to the Stratus wireless network, a checkmark will appear next to the network name.
