Why can’t I connect to my receiver?

  1. Verify that your receiver is turned on by checking the LEDs. If they are not on, complete the following:
    1. Battery-powered receivers: Push the button on the top of your receiver.
    2. Battery-less receivers (Stratus 2i/3i): Verify that the receiver is connected to a Stratus ES or Stratus ESG that is powered on.
  2. Verify that you are connected to the Stratus Wi-Fi network and not another wireless connection.
    1. Tap the Settings icon on your iPad home screen.
    2. Tap Wi-Fi on the left navigation bar.
    3. Ensure that the Wi-Fi switch is enabled.
    4. Tap the Stratus wireless network name under the “My Networks” heading. Some receiver models have the wireless network name on the back of the device. Once your device is connected to the Stratus wireless network, a checkmark will appear next to the network name.
  3. Try “forgetting” the network and reconnecting.
    1. Tap the Settings icon on your iPad home screen.
    2. Tap Wi-Fi on the left navigation bar.
    3. Tap the information icon located to the right of the Stratus Wi-Fi network name.
    4. Tap Forget this Network.
    5. Try to reconnect to the Stratus Wi-Fi network again.
  4. Reset your receiver to factory settings.
