NOTE: This is not applicable to Stratus 2i/3i, which do not have a battery and use aircraft power only.
- If the receiver has completely run out of battery, it might not initially appear to be charging. Wait 30 minutes for the receiver to show that it is charging.
- Verify that you are using a 2.0 amp charger. Most computer USB ports will not charge the receiver; laptops generally only supply up to 0.5 Amps of power through a USB 2.0 port.
- Try charging the receiver with the Stratus portable receiver cable plugged into your iPad charging block.
- Make sure you are using a USB-A to USB-C cable. (USB-C to USB-C cable is incompatible)
