If you have not used your Stratus portable receiver for some time and left the battery at a low charge, it is possible the battery level is so low that it cannot power on. Try charging the receiver overnight. The Power LED indicator in the Stratus 1 and Stratus 2 will change to green during charging when the Stratus battery has charged to 100%. The Power LED indicator in the Stratus 1S, 2S, and 3 will change to green when charging and pulse when the battery has charged to 100%.
