We’re excited to announce our TAKE FLIGHT PHOTO CONTEST! Submit your favorite picture that you’ve taken during flight for a chance to win a Stratus Prize Package that includes a Stratus 3, free year of Stratus Insight, an audio cable, and…. a Stratus Power Pro! All you have to do is:

• Follow Stratus by Appareo on Facebook.
• Direct message us on Facebook your favorite scenic photo you’ve taken during flight, your name, and contact information. Act quickly! We will only be accepting photos until Thursday, September 17. 

We’ll narrow it down to our top picks and then — we are going to turn it over to our fans to vote for their favorite photo. The photo with the most likes will win the prize package!

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway. To enter, you must:

• Submit a photo via direct message on Facebook between Thursday, September 10 and Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 12:00 PM CST.

The first 1,000 entries will qualify and then narrowed down to the top finalists. The top finalists will be posted on Facebook, and the Stratus by Appareo Facebook fans will choose their favorite by liking the image. The image with the most likes will result in the winner. The winner will be selected and announced on Tuesday, September 23, 2020 and will receive a free Stratus 3, free year subscription to Stratus Insight, a free Stratus Audio Cable, and a free Stratus Power Pro. The winner will be contacted by telephone and will have 48 hours to claim the prize in accordance with these terms, including those set forth below. If the winner fails to do so, then another recipient will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Prize conditions

The following rules apply to the prize:

• Any costs or expenses incurred by the winner in claiming or using their prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
• Prize must be accepted as awarded; no cash substitutes.

• Closing date for entry will be Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 12:00 PM CST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
• Limit of one entry per person, regardless of manner of entry.
• Open to all residents of the United States who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence.
• Appareo employees or affiliates/dealers/partners are ineligible and cannot participate in this contest.
• In the event of a dispute, all email entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account from which they were sent.
• By entering this contest, entrants consent to the use of their names and/or photographs for publicity purposes without compensation, worldwide in perpetuity and in any form of media including the Internet. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Conditions for the winner

The winner will also be required to:

• Prove his or her identity via driver’s license, or another valid ID;
• Sign a release form confirming acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing Appareo and its affiliates from any liability relating to the prize; and
• Be a citizen of the United States.

Odds of Winning

All entrants will have an equal chance of winning. Appareo does not know how any entrants it will receive. However, Appareo will not accept more than 1,000 entries, so the odds of winning the prize will be no worse than 1/1,000.
